01 Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings given unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the chagee88 website accessible at https://chagee88.run together with all subdomains, mobile applications and related services.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual who has registered or used the chagee88 platform.
• "Account" means a user account that has been duly registered on the chagee88 platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total amount of money in a user's account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any credits, promotions or free incentives given by chagee88 to users subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering" means any real-money gaming activity, including slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games offered on the platform.

02 User Eligibility

chagee88 sets strict eligibility criteria to ensure the platform is used responsibly and in compliance with international licensing requirements.

A user is eligible to use this platform only if all of the following conditions are met:

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

chagee88 supports deposit and withdrawal methods that are safe and easy to use for Malaysian players — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The applicable limits and processing times are as follows:

• Minimum deposit per payment method: RM50.
• Minimum withdrawal per transaction: RM100.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes from the time the request is approved.

chagee88 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party financial service providers may impose their own charges beyond chagee88's control.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account method used for the original deposit, or to an account whose owner's identity has been verified. chagee88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.

05 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

chagee88 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a bonus of 120% on their first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received.

Examples of how the applicable wagering is calculated:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus received RM120 → Total balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.

General bonus rules that apply to all chagee88 promotions:

• Each user is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no direct cash value that can be exchanged.
• chagee88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means considered to be in violation of the rules or fraudulent.
• The chagee88 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to members at the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels. The cashback rate depends on the membership tier achieved.

06 Betting and Game Rules

All betting activity on the chagee88 platform must be conducted in accordance with the game rules set for each game type. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before participating.

chagee88 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a user's failure to understand the game rules. The final outcome of each game is based on a system that is audited and verified by an independent party.

General rules that apply to all game types:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once the game has started.
• In the event of a technical disruption while a game is in progress, bets will be settled based on the last result recorded in the system.
• chagee88 reserves the right to cancel bets suspected of being placed based on inside information or an obvious technical error.

08 Data Protection and Privacy

chagee88's total liability to any user for any claim will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their chagee88 account at any time by contacting customer service via 24/7 live chat or support email. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all wagering requirements have been met.

chagee88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• A request from the relevant authorities.
• The user is found not to meet the eligibility requirements set.

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12 Amendments to These Terms

The version of the terms in force is the latest version published on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms means the user has read, understood and agreed to the updated terms. If a user does not agree with any changes, the user is required to stop using the platform and contact customer service to close their account.
